Founded as RPG Ventures in 2013 — a proprietary firm and later a Private Limited company — the group's earliest work was in Human Resources Consultancy, serving Healthcare, Retail, IT and ITES clients.
In 2014, Aviyana Ventures Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated as the group holding entity, allowing the founders to expand into corporate advisory, executive leadership and strategic turnaround services. Over the following decade, each new opportunity became a dedicated vertical: healthcare, real estate, media, education, finance, infrastructure, legal, technology and community platforms.
Today the group operates as Aviyana RPG Group of Companies — a coordinated ecosystem of 30+ specialised digital portals anchored by a shared philosophy: powered by passion for excellence.
